Site cloning issue

It has come to my attention (via Google search) that Persagen.org has been cloned by ArcyRealty.com - i.e. my web content is also fraudulently appearing as that domain, not Persagen.org.

Note the URLs (Persagen.org - correct; ArcyRealty.com - fraudulent).

A WHOIS searc indicates the domain registrar for ArcyRealty.com is Domain.com, who point the nameservers to InMotionHosting.com - thus cloning (duplicating) Persagen.org as their own website.

A report/complaint has been registered Mon 2024-Sep-30 with the owner of the offending domain (Newfold Digital Inc.,); the issue has also been reported as copyright infringement to reported to Google.

This notice is provided to remind internet users to check the domain names of sites they visit.

Persagen.org content will appear solely under the Persagen.org domain name.
